Mike Braham brings more than 30 years of leadership experience across healthcare, technology, military service, and organizational growth. A former U.S. Marine Corps officer and AV-8B Harrier pilot, Mike has built his career around mission-focused leadership, strategic growth, crisis management, and developing high-performing teams.
Professionally, Mike serves as Chief Growth Officer at Intempo Health, where he works at the intersection of healthcare and technology. His previous leadership roles include President of CareSource Military and Veterans, CEO of Trapollo, and President of the Federal Division at Magellan Health. Throughout his career, he has led complex organizations, developed new markets, guided teams through significant change, and advanced healthcare solutions for military members, veterans, and other populations.
Mike’s experience also includes extensive work in crisis leadership and organizational response. He has supported major initiatives involving healthcare delivery, behavioral health, technology, and disaster response, including work related to PTSD, suicide prevention, and
veteran health. His leadership has taken him into both private-sector and federal environments, where he has worked with senior executives, government leaders, and multidisciplinary teams. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from George Mason University and has completed advanced training in executive leadership and public speaking. He also serves on nonprofit boards supporting veterans and health-related initiatives.
Mike brings to New Horizons for Children a combination of strategic thinking, operational leadership, crisis management experience, and a strong commitment to servant leadership and mission-driven work.
